Oh yes, you read that right…PRODUCT RECIPES…MR shakes aren’t just for drinking anymore I’ve personally made several of these recipes and will again whoop whoop
AdvoCare Protein Pumpkin Cookies:
1 cup pumpkin puree; 1/4 cup applesauce; 1/2 tsp cinnamon; 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice; 1 egg; 1 pouch AdvoCare Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake; 1 tbsp molasses; 2 T honey or Agave nectar (optional); 2 cups rolled oats; 1/2 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine ingredients in a bowl, stirring until well combined. Drop cookies onto baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Makes 12 cookies
Spark Pie:
2 packets Pink Lemonade OR Mandarin Orange Spark; 1/4 cup lemon juice – BOILING hot; 1 Small box sugar-free lemon jello; 2 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt; Small tub of cool whip (sugar-free light); 1 low-fat graham cracker crust
DIRECTIONS: Microwave 1/4 lemon juice to a boil. Stir in lemon Jello and Spark until dissolved. Add and stir in Greek yogurt. Fold in cool whip then pour into pie crust. Refrigerate 4 hours or you may freeze.
Mandarin Orange Vinaigrette Dressing:
1/4 cup olive oil; 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar; 1 clove garlic, minced (optional); 1-0.53 oz packet Mandarin Orange AdvoCare Spark® Energy Drink; 2 fresh basil leaves, minced
Combine all ingredients in covered jar. Shake well to blend. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Makes about 1/2 cup dressing.
Waldorf Salad w/ Yogurt Dressing:
4 cups chopped apples (cut into 1/2 inch cubes); 1 cup seedless grapes, cut in half; 1 cup chopped celery pieces; 1/2 cup chopped walnut pieces; 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt; 1-0.53 oz packet Cherry AdvoCare Spark® Energy Drink
Combine all ingredients except yogurt and AdvoCare Spark® in mixing bowl. Stir AdvoCare Spark® into yogurt. Pour over ingredients in bowl. Toss gently. Chill until ready to serve. Makes 6 servings.
Pumpkin Pancakes:
3/4 cup oatmeal; 4 scoops Advocare Muscle Gain (vanilla); 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder; 1/8 tsp. sea salt; 1/4 tsp. nutmeg; 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon; 3 packets of stevia or like; 3 egg whites; 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract; 2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk; 1/2 can pumpkin
DIRECTIONS: Grind oatmeal to a powder and mix with Advocare Muscle Gain, baking powder, stevia and remaining spices. Add egg, pumpkin, vanilla and almond milk. Mix together.
Chocolate Truffles:
1/4 cup butter or margarine; 3 tablespoons honey; 2-1.46 oz packets Chocolate Muscle Gain; 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
Melt butter and honey together in saucepan over low heat. Pour into mixing bowl. Add Muscle Gain powder. Beat thoroughly. Shape into one-inch round balls. Roll into pecans. Place on plate. Chill until ready to serve. Makes 16.
Protein Clusters:
1 cup of oats; 1 cup of almonds; 1 cup of natural peanut butter; 1 cup of honey; 4 scoops of chocolate Muscle Gain; 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips; 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
DIRECTIONS: Blend oats and almonds to make a powder. Stir in remaining ingredients. Scoop and roll dough on to a cookie sheet. Refrigerate for 2 hours (these lil’ babies should come w/ a warning..they are ADDICTIVE)
Protein Parfait:
1/2 packet (or 1 scoop) Vanilla Muscle Gain OR MR Shake; 1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt; 1/4 cup fresh blueberries; 1/4 cup fresh strawberries/raspberries
DIRECTIONS: Combine Muscle Gain/MR Shake and yogurt until smooth, spoon into parfait glass layering with berries.
Raspberry Banana Smoothie:
1/2 cup nonfat milk (I use plain almond milk); 1/2 cup fat free plain greek yogurt; 1/2 frozen banana; 1 scoop Vanilla Muscle Gain OR 1/2 packet MR Shake; 1 1/2 teaspoon flax seed (optional); 1 teaspoon honey; 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
DIRECTIONS: In a blender, blend the milk, yogurt, banana, Muscle Gain/MR Shake, flax seed, honey and raspberries until smooth.
“Reese” Banana Protein Shake:
1/2 frozen banana, 8 oz water, 1/2 cup ice, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter, 1 pkg MR shake
DIRECTIONS: In a blender, blend water, ice, banana & chia seeds. Add in MR shake towards the end and mix till well blended (I totally made this up today after making my own peanut butter. I didn’t want to waste the peanut butter I couldn’t scoop out of the blender so I mixed up my MR shake w/ it and added remaining ingredients Mmmmm)
